The Professional Development Program (PDP) is a group of developing artists who have trained at Rosetta Art Centre over a number of courses and have achieved high levels of accreditation on offer here.

The PDP is a two year programme and gives the members a number of opportunities aimed at bridging the gap between the achievement of accreditation and working independantly in the creative industries:

 - To develop professional skills such as CV writing, networking, marketing and portfolio development
 - A dedicated studio space to work in
 - Opportunity to curate and exhibit work
 - To attend specialised workshops

The PDP have exhibited at London Quandant Housing Association, Stratford Old Town Hall, the East Gallery, Vicarage Lane Medical Centre, The Hub, Theatre Royal Stratford East and the Rosetta Windows Gallery.
