Children

Our dedicated School of Art for children aged 8-12 years runs every Saturday during term time.  Learners develop a range of artistic practices in: drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, textiles, fashion, printmaking and ceramics, as well as taking day trips to exhibitions in London.  A roster of visiting Artist Educators bring their own expert skills to share with budding young artists. At the end of the programme there is an opportunity to showcase their work to family and friends.

We also offer the nationally recognised Arts Award at Discover & Explore, bronze, silver and gold to validate children and young people’s learning with certification.

School holiday programmes

During the school holidays we run an exciting range of artist-led projects and activities for ages 8-19 years exploring various themes and topics using a variety of media in our well-equipped art facilities.
