We have been working with women at Aanchal Women’s Aid who are part of their Create Your Future or CYF group. These women have been subject to domestic abuse and Mindful Arts is a way for them to find stillness whilst relocating their focus through art activities combined with mindfulness.
It’s been an inspiration work with women who are brave survivors and with an organisation doing such incredible work in the local community.
